DESCRIPTION:The Provincial School's second year kicks off at Christ Church 
 Cathedral in Whitehorse\, YT. \nWhere this first year focused primarily o
 n developing individuals’ skills\, the second year will focus more on sy
 stems change. Participants will learn more about Anglican Identity and Spi
 rituality\, a variety of Change Models (and how to use them). \nParticipan
 ts will also learn and practice skills in ethnography\, neighbourhood mapp
 ing\, and how to more faithfully organize mission and ministry to engage t
 heir local context. \nTravel and Accomodations\nDiocesan Teams are respon
 sible for booking their own travel and accomodations. A block of rooms has
  been set aside at the Yukon Inn. When calling to book a room\, be sure to
  mention that you're travelling with the Provincial School for Congregatio
