Strengthening Communities. 

New teams are admitted every autumn. Teams can begin in either Year A or Year B, and then continue to the next. This year's registration deadline is August 14, 2026.

Year A focuses on developing leadership skills for individuals. Together we will explore approaches to facilitation, the role of the self in the system, and a variety of approaches to facilitating change, as we explore the unique purpose and work of our congregations. 

Year B focuses on systems change. Participants will learn more about Anglican Identity and Spirituality, a variety of Change Models, and how to use them. Teams will learn and practice skills in ethnography, neighbourhood mapping, and how to more faithfully organize mission and ministry to engage their local context.
