The Provincial School includes both in-person and online gatherings. This gathering is online.
Where Year B focuses primarily on systems change, Year A focuses on developing leadership skills for individuals. Together we will explore approaches to facilitation, the role of the self in the system, and a variety of approaches to change, as we explore the unique purpose and work of our congregations.

What is the Provincial School?
The Provincial School for Congregational Development is a collaborative initiative of the Ecclesiastical Province of BC & Yukon that supports teams of lay leaders and clergy by providing leadership training and facilitating relationship-building amongst leaders throughout the Province.
